Genair® Rotary Screw Air Compressor/Generator System – 125 to 185 CFM
Vanair’s Genair® is an integrated rotary screw air compressor and weatherproof generator. Providing up to 185 CFM of air power and 9.6 kW of AC power. Eliminating the need for separate engine-drive air compressors, generators or power inverters, the Genair® is easily mounted to the truck’s frame rail. The Totally Enclosed, Fan Cooled (TEFC) generator has a high protection degree against dirt, grime and salt and is the ideal choice for harsh environments.
V2™ Multi-Drive Air Compressor/Hydraulic Pump Pad System
Get air and hydraulic power with one PTO with Vanair’s V2™ system. This streamline, integrated system provides up to 185 CFM of air and has an auxiliary SAE B pad to run a hydraulic pump — all underdeck. V3™ Multi-Drive Air Compressor/ AC Generator/ Hydraulic Pump Pad System
The V3™ Multi-Drive System™ combines Vanair’s patented Genair® system, which consists of a 125 – 185 CFM air compressor and a 6.6 or 9.6 kW weatherproof AC generator with a SAE B pad provision in a single integrated unit. A completely contained underdeck within the truck’s rails, the V3™ replaces the need for: separate engine driven air compressors, generators, power inverters, or separate hydraulic pumps. This breakthrough technology provides access to air, ac power and hydraulics through a single PTO opening and is available with the Vanguard™ lifetime warranty on the air end.

Save weight, space, and money with Vanair’s Underdeck Generator – an underdeck unit that offers the power of a 6,000 to 25,000-watt AC generator. This innovative unit – developed by Vanair® over two decades ago – maximizes the power of your engine by enabling you to access AC power via your truck’s PTO drive. Reliant™ RS45 Hydraulic Driven Air Compressor
Vanair® once again is listening and meeting the demands of the marketplace with the introduction of the new Reliant™ RS45 air compressor; the most powerful, lightweight system in its class. At 45% less weight than its predecessor, the RS45’s featherweight rust-proof aluminum canopy reduces truck weight and fuel consumption. Reliant™ RS85-L Hydraulic Driven Aluminum Air Compressor
The Reliant™ RS85-L provides a whopping 85 CFM of air power at almost half the weight of its predecessor. Enough power, in fact, to operate a 90 lb. jack hammer or 4” piercing tool or 1-1/2 inch impact wrench or assist in air gouging. What is EPEQ™?
EPEQ™ Electrified Power Equipment® is a comprehensive, end-to-end, patent pending system of zero emission and quiet products. Powered by Vanair’s EPEQ™ Smart Controller, which communicates with a specifically developed line of ELiMENT™ Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO4) batteries, EPEQ™ allows you to turn off the vehicle’s engine and still run the equipment you need on the jobsite. EPEQ™ Air Compressors
When you need Clean, Quiet, Power™ with no fumes or extensive heat build-up, our four EPEQ™ Air Compressors are the proven choice. EPEQ™ Air Compressors are driven by highly tuned specialized permanent magnet AC (PMAC) electric motors for increased efficiency to prolong battery range. Models range from 5-45 CFM and up to 150 PSI.
EPEQ™ AC Power Inverters
The EPEQ™ 48V AC Power Inverter lineup includes four Pure Sine Wave inverters to fit any need. The high frequency EPEQ™ 3kW inverter provides 120VAC and the 5kW inverter provides 240VAC. The 5kW inverter is stackable to achieve 10kW, 240VAC power. The low frequency EPEQ™ 6kW inverter provides 120VAC/240VAC power.
EPEQ™ Smart Controller
The EPEQ™ system is controlled by the EPEQ™ Smart Controller which has proprietary software designed to intelligently monitor and control all EPEQ™ system components.

EPEQ™ PTO Underdeck Electric Driven Compressor
The Vanair® EPEQ™ PTO Underdeck package gives you all the features, benefits, and quality in the latest Vanair® underdeck compressors, but is now operated via the ELiMENT™ Battery pack. The self-contained 400V ELiMENT™ Battery allows you to operate the 160 CFM (dual pressure) underdeck compressor on any vehicle and can be mounted in any configuration.
EPEQ™ EPTO
Now, you can power your hydraulic crane, boom truck, and other hydraulic operated components using our EPEQ™ power system and ELiMENT™ Battery. Available with gasoline or diesel engines, and rotary screw or reciprocating air ends, these systems are made to provide the utmost in portability and fuel savings.
PRO 35 Reciprocating Air Compressor Series
Vanair’s line of entry level reciprocating compressor packages were developed to meet the demands of customers that need the convenience of mobile air at an economical cost. Designed to provide rugged, powerful, and dependable performance, these compressors are a perfect fit for the mechanic, service, agriculture, and contractor markets. The Vanair® PRO Series offers Honda® or Kohler® engines and air power from 18 or 35 CFM with up to 175 PSI. Systems are all electric start and are available in a skid, 10-gallon twin and 30-gallon tank configuration.
