SGS Flue Fired Asphalt Kettle
Available in 180, 275, 360, & 580 Gallon
The SGS Flue Fired Kettles are designed to heat and apply various bitumen’s (AC’s and MC’s) and emulsions for crack filling, spray tacking, and seal coating. They are to be equipped with your choice of propane or diesel heating systems with automatic temperature controls, and hydraulically powered pumping systems. The high temp application is 250-450 °F, for low temp the application is 100-300°F.

SBF Bottom Fired Asphalt Kettle
Available in 200, 300, & 500 Gallon
The SBF Bottom Fired Kettles are designed to heat and apply various bitumens (AC’s and MC’s) and emulsions for crack filling, tack coating, and seal coating. They are to be equipped with your choice of propane or diesel heating systems with automatic temperature controls, and hydraulically powered pumping systems.
For use with low temperature applications (100-300°F). High temperature applications are 250-450°F!
